      First of all, welcome

Not being able to move, vibrations, hearing things, pain... these are all normal sensations that happen when you're aware of your body entering sleep paralysis. They're just various hallucinations that you will undergo before entering the sleep cycle. When you said you lost it, did you mean you woke up, or did you lose lucidity? Staying calm and doing clarity increasing techniques will keep you grounded in the dream, ie. dream spinning, hand rubbing, focusing on details, commands.

To stay lucid you need to continue doing reality checks and/or verbally reminding yourself that you're dreaming. If you focus too much on one thing, your mind will wander off and you'll lose your lucidity.

      Thanks for the welcome n_n
The dream started fading away and then i gave up and just woke up. I guess I was focusing too much on just getting the dream to do what I want that I lost the dream. It was my second lucid dream, both from WILD, and the first time I got too excited and lost it within seconds, this one lasted a bit longer, so at least I'm making progress I'm just going to start practicing reality checks during the day more so it carries on into the dream world

Yeah, practice doing RCs in your bed and every time you wake up too; that way you'll be able to become lucid on false awakenings.

When the dream is fading out like that, start doing some clarity increasing techniques, they will help stabilize the dream for you. These are your last resort to staying in the drea, and you should use them whenever the dream becomes fuzzy as well.
