Thanks for the answer, I'll try WILDing some other time, now I'm more focused on getting awareness and getting my recall even better |

Sounds like a plan! WILDing is rather hard, but keep at it and you'll get there eventually. If you're serious about WILDing I highly suggest that you combine it with the WBTB method for a much higher success rate - try setting an alarm for four and a half hours (times vary but this one is effective) after you think you'll fall asleep, stay up for 5-30 minutes and then try to WILD. Getting sleep before WILDing is pretty much necessary. |

WBTB is not a problem to me. I usually wake up in the middle of the night Now I know why it happens to me |
