      Did I almost WILD?

okay, this might be really idiot, sorry if this is TOO newbie lol

Today, after lunch, I didn't have lots of things to do, so I tried a WILD. I relaxed, stayed in bed as much as I could, and as static as I could. I stayed there for minutes, and minutes, and I felt something that COULD BE a SP. I was feeling kind of weird, my fingers wasn't moving normally(yet I think I could move them, I didn't try ) and I was seeing some "light waves" and listening a horrible sharp noise. and in a moment, my eyes was opening by themselves(?), I looked just for a second, and for that second it looked exactly like my room, so I close them up and tried again, without any results

The thing is: could that be a FA? or I'm just being silly?
I'll try it again when I have time...

What you experienced was more than likely the beginning of SP. The 'weird' feeling and visual/auditory hallucinations pretty much confirm this. Good luck with LDing in the future, you're on the right track.

Thanks for the answer, I'll try WILDing some other time, now I'm more focused on getting awareness and getting my recall even better

Sounds like a plan! WILDing is rather hard, but keep at it and you'll get there eventually. If you're serious about WILDing I highly suggest that you combine it with the WBTB method for a much higher success rate - try setting an alarm for four and a half hours (times vary but this one is effective) after you think you'll fall asleep, stay up for 5-30 minutes and then try to WILD. Getting sleep before WILDing is pretty much necessary.

Feel free to PM me if you have any more questions.

WBTB is not a problem to me. I usually wake up in the middle of the night Now I know why it happens to me

Maybe your just crazy and you actually were looking around your room. Probably not though. Sometimes I don't believe myself either....
