Hi! I'll try to answer your questions
Q : Do u know the way to remember Dream easily?
A : If you don't write the dream down after you wake up, then it's going to be very hard for you to remember what it was when you wake up next time. A word or a thought can trigger the memory which will come back all at once, but if you have no idea what that word is, then it's almost impossible. So write down atleast a keyword to the dream you had when you wake up and intend to go back to sleep. Also when you wake up and want to remember your dreams, lie completely still with your eyes closed. You will trick your mind into thinking you're going back to sleep and you will have access to all your dreams within minutes.
Q : Do u know the tips to get sleep paralysis?
A: If you're having such a hard time WILD'ing, then I suggest you give it a rest for now and try the other techniques. If you want to end up in SP then have irregular sleeping patterns and experiment with naps. Also when you're doing DEILD, you will often end up in SP when you wake up or try to go into a dream.
Q : I confused about what is the diferent about Lucid Dream and OBE/Astral. I think that OBE is just the Visualization of our dream (Bed Room version) Is that right, waht do u think master?
A: OBE/Astral is something controversal. It's not really proven that they exist and work, but people who has experienced it claim they do. It's supposed to feel very different from a lucid dream, but I haven't experienced it myself yet. Either it's just you having a crazy dream experience with your bedroom as a scenery, or it's something bigger than that.
Q : is that posible? If that posible.... Is that not dangerous? I mean we go out from body that still fully awake?
A: IF it's possible, then no. I've read a book about it and the author (Robert Bruce - Astral Dynamics) claims you're completely safe aslong as you don't "invite" anyone to possess you or whatever. And if you mean fully awake, I don't even think that is possible.
If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!
