Red face Hi i'm nubie from indonesia.. I have a couple question. Please Help me Master. Thks Before

      Hi all.
      I have a couple question :

I always wake up with no memories of my dream, but after 10-15 minutes, i acidentally remember that i just have LUCID DREAM in first period of REM entering with sleep paralysis.

Q : Do u know the way to remember Dream easily?

I always failed entering Lucid Dream with WILD method.
I have relaxed my body, clean my mind, watching my mind, focus my mind to waking sleep paralysis, ........ I sometimes feel vibration/shake in my feet, i feel my body shaking.. But i never get sleep paralysis. i try 2-4 hour, it is SUCK, bored..
      I always failed..
FYI : I GOT many moment of WAKING SLEEP PARALYSIS before i know Lucid Dream, but Now I Never got any..

Q : Do u know the tips to get sleep paralysis?

I confused about what is the diferent about Lucid Dream and OBE/Astral. I think that OBE is just the Visualization of our dream (Bed Room version)

Q : Is that right, waht do u think master?

I have read Lucidiology website, and thety told me that we can do OBE with Body full Awake.

Q : is that posible? If that posible.... Is that not dangerous? I mean we go out from body that still fully awake?

      Thks For ur answer.
      With Love --- indonesia

I don't know about OBE so can't help with that.

Q : Do you know the way to remember dreams easily?
A : Nope. Expect motivation to remember and keeping a DJ, that helps a lot. And good amount of sleep!

Hey....I'm new to the site but I've been having lucids for years and the main ingredient for me once I learned I could go lucid is relaxation. At the moment lucidity begins you need to practice self calming and relax. If you try to hard you may wake yourself and ruin a possible lucid. This may happen few times but don't be discourage. Soon you will be able to recognise the lucid begining then relax and sit in the moment and let it take affect then slowly look around walk around and take calming breaths soon you will be able to recognize the lucid and grab it at will.

Hey margogo! I'm new here as well, so I dont know much about LD, but you should read the "Dream Recall" topic on the front page of this website. It's on the left side where it says Menu. Good luck.

Hi! I'll try to answer your questions

Q : Do u know the way to remember Dream easily?

A : If you don't write the dream down after you wake up, then it's going to be very hard for you to remember what it was when you wake up next time. A word or a thought can trigger the memory which will come back all at once, but if you have no idea what that word is, then it's almost impossible. So write down atleast a keyword to the dream you had when you wake up and intend to go back to sleep. Also when you wake up and want to remember your dreams, lie completely still with your eyes closed. You will trick your mind into thinking you're going back to sleep and you will have access to all your dreams within minutes.

Q : Do u know the tips to get sleep paralysis?

A: If you're having such a hard time WILD'ing, then I suggest you give it a rest for now and try the other techniques. If you want to end up in SP then have irregular sleeping patterns and experiment with naps. Also when you're doing DEILD, you will often end up in SP when you wake up or try to go into a dream.

Q : I confused about what is the diferent about Lucid Dream and OBE/Astral. I think that OBE is just the Visualization of our dream (Bed Room version) Is that right, waht do u think master?

A: OBE/Astral is something controversal. It's not really proven that they exist and work, but people who has experienced it claim they do. It's supposed to feel very different from a lucid dream, but I haven't experienced it myself yet. Either it's just you having a crazy dream experience with your bedroom as a scenery, or it's something bigger than that.

Q : is that posible? If that posible.... Is that not dangerous? I mean we go out from body that still fully awake?

A: IF it's possible, then no. I've read a book about it and the author (Robert Bruce - Astral Dynamics) claims you're completely safe aslong as you don't "invite" anyone to possess you or whatever. And if you mean fully awake, I don't even think that is possible.

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!
