so i been having lucid dreams more and more often like recently. i was just wondering if this is caused by eating or sleeping patterns.... i never had none of these types of dreams untill end of last year till now.. ... just woke up from one this morning after taking a nap for two hours it was like a recap of my day but i wanted to get out i dreamed in the dream i was reaching for water to wake up... and my breathing was cut short... somtimes this stuff is fun but somtimes i get scared and its not.. |

i dont mind the dreams accept the breathing problems in them like i feel like iam suffocating .. sometimes not all the times |

It's probably just sleep paralysis coming over into your dream. Don't worry about it. It happens every night, only you aren't aware of it normally. |
|
have you ever had any previous problems with near death due to suffocation? if so that may be the origination of that, I suggest you maybe do a few breathing techniques; maybe something like Qigong breathing. I also suggest you do it before you sleep and confront yourself and convince yourself your breathing in no way be harmed while you dream. Hope I helped. good luck |
