      Learning to Lucid Dream

      I Know its possible to lucid dream, ive been reading the forum and find lots of motivation amongst you all. I tried lucid dreaming a couple years ago and was successful on 3 occasions but then just gave it up. So this time im joining up on dream views to keep that motivation. Any suggestions for affective reality checks or basic lucid dream techniques? thanks!
