A lucid dream is a dream in which you know your dreaming. So, you tell me. Did you have a lucid dream?

      No, it was not. ;D
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

Unless that you were aware that you were dreaming and that caused you to jump then no this was not a lucid dream. But don't worry every dream recalled is a step in the right direction on your journey to lucidity. Just keep up with your dream journal and what ever technique you are using.

      Good luck becoming lucid
