I have some questions about dreaming and attaining lucidity.

How often should I be doing these reality checks? Every time I think about It or at regular intervals? How about every time I see a dream sign? Any combination of the above.

What is a dream sign? I am just a little confused. If you see blue crystals in all your dreams. Should you do a RC every time you see blue crystals?

What is a dream guide?

Is there anything else I can do to recognize that I am dreaming? Besides reality checks, and seeing my cat fly by?

How do I stop this dream tunnel vision? In some of my dreams, I feel like I am only seeing a small visual field, and It is very dark and quiet?

Is there any way I can improve dream recall without waking myself up in the night to document dreams?
