First Thread

Well, I'm incredibly new to the whole lucid dreaming scene. I'd read about it before, but I've never taken much stock in it. I remember some vivid dreams I've had, but they were quite a while ago. What changed my mind was one I had recently, where I got these awesome red tattoos on my arms, and when I touched them, I grew wings and could fly. After experiencing something like that, I went to look up stuff on lucid dreaming, and was quite amazed with what I was reading. I figured I'd give it a shot, because what do I have to lose? I want to LD, so I'm starting from scratch - I'm going to try to make daily posts in my DJ, or at least update it with the dreams I missed for the appropriate days. I'll doubtlessly be searching the forums for techniques, tutorials, and tips, but any little bits of general advice are welcome! From what I've seen, this is a great community, and I'm glad I get the chance to be a part of it!
