      Greetings

      Hello my name is Shawn. I've been lucid dreaming since i was a kid but only a few years ago did i actually start to actively practice it. Ive been lurking on here for a time and i figured id finally just up and make an account.

      Well when i was a kid i guess you could say i would always DILD because i would spontaneously realize i was dreaming and then id go fly around or something. Its not nearly that easy anymore, but as long as i make sure not to be lazy and always keep a dream journal i get pretty steady lucid dreams.
