Question My Dreams how can you help?

so basically when i wake up i can recall id say 2/3 to 2/4 of the dream i hade ever since ive started id recall the dreams i hade one this morning i wrote down in my dream book. but i may be able to recall my dreams but in my dreams.. i do the stupidest stuff and i can see the weirdest things but still maintain the dream stage ive been lucid once and that was when i was little. vampires were attacking my summer camp and i said ."Wait a minute" then i grabbed some one shook them saying its only a dream. if i knew what i knew now that dream would of been awsome but is there any way i can act more aware in my dreams instead of seeing a meteor or something crash to the earth and think everything is normal.. well i probably wouldent think that was normal but is there any way you can remain more aware of your surroundings increaseing your change for lucidity in your dream? thanks.

Start doing Reality Checks and you will be fine Also the All Day Awareness tutorial by KingYoshi is great if you intend to do it a bit more "hardcore". Just be more aware of everything when you're awake, and have strong intentions! If you have more questions, ask away! Good luck
