      First WILD

Thanks forum I finally got my first wild . I started laying down at around 8 am. And I heard weird high pitch noises. I wasn't trying to WILD until I realized what was going on. Then I got kind of excited and I felt fibrations and heard them everywhere. Then I saw the TV in my room on through my eyelids. I realized it was done and opened my eyes and got out. The thing is I had almost no dream control and the dream was in really crappy quality. I tried saying "Lucidity clear" now but it didn't work. Does this happen the first few WILD times? or was it just because its 8 am.

Congrats! I would imagine that after a few times of entering an LD this way things will stabilize. Just try to stay as calm as possible while maintaining your focus.

      Good luck!

To stabilize the dream, I find it helpful to touch my environment and engage as many senses as possible. Sometimes the dream is so fleeting, you don't even get a chance to decide to stabilize things. If this happens, try to reenter the dream like a DEILD.
