Question Good settings to do a wild

I keep trying to perform a WILD, but I don't think my settings are right. Tell me if there's anything wrong. I can't figure out, because I haven't LD'd or WILD'd, YET.

I leave a fan on outside the door

I sleep with my head on a pillow, but my neck keeps tightening up

      Blinds fully closed, no light.

If anyone would be happy to help, I'd be thankful.

What is you main problem? Are you falling asleep too quickly, or are you not falling asleep at all?

It is important to get a few hours of sleep before attempting to WILD, doing it when you go to bed is very difficult.
You can also do it during an afternoon nap if you're tired enough.

You don't need to lie on your back in order to WILD, you can lie on your side if you want to, or whatever position you are comfortable sleeping in.
I found that if I lie on my back, I can usually feel SP setting in more clearly, but I have trouble getting into a sleepy state because it's not very comfortable.
      Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

Well, okay. Have you been keeping a dream journal? How is your dream recall?

Just lay down comfortable and relax.

The fan is probably fine since it's not like really loud or anything. It's good to keep your bedroom dark, don't want any light disturbing your WILD.

Also since you are a newbie it might be a good idea to just start out with something easy like a DILD. That method works good and isn't very complicated.

But make sure you are keeping a DJ

      Hope this helps!

Yeah, and my dream recall is somehow naturally good. I can just remember dreams.

Its especially hard for me to WILD because i sleep in a bunk bed with my older brother on top(Please don't assume I'm 9 the bunk bed is a space saving thing, i don't have my own room). Once I got into SP and my brother shook the bed and i slipped out.
