A dream journal would help, but stabilization may be all that you need. If the dream doesn't seem very vivid, try to clear some things up. Perform several RCs (a couple different types as well) to firmly implant the idea of lucidity. While you are lucid, look around and take in your environment. Don't mindlessly force through your lucid....truly enjoy the experience. Immediately write them down once you wake up and they shouldn't be lost. |
