      Remembering dreams?

      Hey guys, I feel like I have been getting much better at my
      dream recall even though I rarely write them down. However, whenever I am lucid, I usually don't remember what happens except for a few details. LDs have started to feel like any old dream instead of really exciting. I flew for the first time last night, but when I woke up from the dream I rarely remembered anything. My dreams just don't seem to feel vivid enough. Would this change with a dream journal, or...?

      A dream journal would help, but stabilization may be all that you need. If the dream doesn't seem very vivid, try to clear some things up. Perform several RCs (a couple different types as well) to firmly implant the idea of lucidity. While you are lucid, look around and take in your environment. Don't mindlessly force through your lucid....truly enjoy the experience. Immediately write them down once you wake up and they shouldn't be lost.
