Learning how to Lucid Dream is just like with anything. You don't see much improvement after five days of training in any sport, and learning this will take time. Don't see it as a burden, but as something nice to do on the side. It doesn't take much from you, a few minutes each day tops and some daydreaming (which is never boring) and you're on your way.

A lucid dream is what you make of it. Just the thing that you're inside of a dream and everything looks real, is amazing. Doing impossible stuff, is even more amazing. Some LD's are short, blurry and short, but they're still cool as I see it as progress. The memorable ones are awesome.
