Hello.My name is Albert George,I am 22 years,and from 2 days ago I started to be interesed aboud Astral Travels.Well tbh I have no ideea if I ever had any astral projection,but I can say that for 2 days I am trying to achieve an OBE,but without succes.
I`ll explain now:
1: First I lay down onto my bed,for relaxation,and counting from 1-50-100 it depends.
2: Then I am being concentrated at the blackness before my eyes( closed ) ,can`t see to much tbh,and then i try to visualize some images,or event,or whathever comes into my mind.
3:At the same time while i am focusing to visualize images,sometimes i feel like my arms and legs are getting numb.
4:From here on I try ( because i dunno if it works ) different vibration techiniques like,concentratin in the middle of my forehead,or the L method used by Monroe,or i am imagining that my mind is rolling oll over and over,but i still cant figure it out how to aquire the vibrations.( how could you describe the vibrations ? can you give me some advices,on how should i know if I have vibrations or i am just feeling numb )
5:Ok,now i imagine myself that i aquired the vibrations ( because i am feeling my arms and legs numb ),and try to move my spiritual hand or leg away from me,but i cant feel it like real,i just know that all i am doing is an imagination of my hand,or arm...tbh i cant even feel anything,except the numbness within my body.

PS: I have tried even for 2 hrs ,without succes.I have to say that in total,I`v made like 6 tries all without succes.
