      finding my dream guide

      how do i find my dream guide im new to this had my first LD yestaday after working hard at it all week and got to the point where i just gave up thats when i had my LD. i keep dreaming of a ginger cat could that be it i own 2 black cats in real life x

      Hi, congrats on the lucid!

      Next time you have a lucid dream, be sure to ask confidently for your dream guide. Command the dream to show him/her to you, or simply walk around a corner, expecting them to be there. Dream guides can be stubborn sometimes, and assume different forms until they decide to show themselves, but keep trying. If you see your cat, you can always ask it if they're your dream guide.

      thanks. im hopeing to have a LD tonight think i came close to being lucid again last night i knew i was dreaming but couldnt get control lol

      Not that it is really important right now, but don't confuse control with being lucid. Lucid means you are aware you are dreaming. Control means you can control the dream. So LD Count +1
