      A Few Questions

Would fighting/war be possible in a lucid dream, or would the excitement wake you up?

I'm interested to see if your pulse (as in your artery on the neck) would be any different, or off beat in a dream.

Is there any danger (psychologically speaking) in creating a sort of dream companion that is involved in every lucid dream? I ask this because I read about someone who did this and it ended up in a mental disorder and severe insomnia.

Unless you can become overly excited easily, fighting in a lucid dream would not wake you up. I've done a few times both lucid and non-lucid and it wasn't the fighting itself that would wake me up. a dream companion sounds like a dream guide to me. So far I haven't seen anyone on this sight develope a mental disorder from their dream guides. I think the circumstances would have to be a little more specific to have a chance of causing a mental disorder.

I agree it seem like your dream guide. Ive never heard any disorders coming from that. If there were then i would assume they were unstable before.
