      new on lucid dreaming

Hi, i'm new on lucid dreaming, i've started trying it like a week ago but i still didn't succeed...anyway...i have lots of doubts about what is the best way to begin LD'ing...could you guys help me with that by sending me links to some nice tutorials or something?and i have another doubt...every time i dream, i don't dream with myself...i've never seen me in a dream, i just watch people doing things like i was watching a movie and i can't help on doing anything (idk if was clear enough, sorry xP)...is that a problem??because if i can't do anything in my dreams, how can i do reality checks and stuff like that??

thank you for reading my post

(i'm sorry if i written anything wrong...i've never had "real" classes of english before )

i just started also with lucid dreams, but anyhow I have been doing ADA( all day awareness ) and day and dream journals for the last 4 days. I got a movie like dream, not lucid, but a movie one for the first time in months. So in other words i had no dream recall before i started doing those. But I saw myself in first and third person in it. I believe working on your dream call might help you see yourself and also with the reality checks. ADA will help you the most id think since it helps with going lucid and also with recall, and most likely with just about everything else, it makes a lot of sense. But working on those might help you a lot, hope this helps.

Well, you should start with keeping a dream journal, and always being aware of your surroundings.

Ask yourself "am i dreaming?" and don't just dismiss it, do a reality check, or give a legit reason to yourself of why you are or aren't dreaming.

As time goes on it will get easier.

ALSO, NICE AVATAR, NIRVANA IS MY FAVORITE BAND BTW

just believe. you are an expert lucid dreamer, you just have you have the intent that everything will work out the way you want it, and it will that goes for other things in life too

start with a journal by your bed, and a pen so you can write down any dreams
question reality currently throughout the day, spontaneously
do reality checks spontaneously and at odd occurrences
      believe you will
      say some mantras before bed
      get plenty of sleep
      don't give up

you will have a lucid dream soon
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.
