You can lucid dream in either a nap or your night's sleep. I can't remember, but I think in nap dream you have more awareness, which should lead to lucid dreaming. I think people usually only use naps to become lucid through WILD technique though. I would still recomend lucid attempts at night so you don't mess up your sleep cycle. I think dreams at night also tend to last longer than a nap. |
