      Hi everybody

Hello everyone, I've joined your community in the hopes that I can recall my dreams/go lucid as good as I could about a year ago. Used to recall multiple dream a night, and had 1-4 lucid dreams a month. That changed when I got a new job and started to train heavily for a marathon. Now I have the time(finally) to recommit to what used to be the best part of my life(besides friends and family, that's a given).
I am looking forward to talking to people who are passionate about lucid dreaming and dreams in general too.

      Welcome to DV .

It's good to know that you're able to start lucid dreaming again, because it can turn into something great, given the confidence, effort and patience. If you have any questions about lucid dreaming, or other dream-related questions, feel free to ask!

Hi, and welcome to Dreamviews! Stress can definitely impact recall and the ability to lucid dream. Like ShockWave said, there's a lot of people here who can help if you have any questions about the site or LDing in general, including a team of Dream Guides and other knowledgeable members.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
