      Experience and recognizing

Hello everybody i want to share my experience here.

Long time ago when i kept practicing the meditation methods using some special waves from PC there is special soft and empowering myself mentaty i was able to change dreams almost exactly way i want rather than that if something goes not exactly according to my mood i was able to change it with lot of mental power, like you keep focusing very hard and when your level is high enough you will most likely succeed.

In recent days my life didnt go well instead of changing those dreams i wanted more and more explore them keeping them alive(escape from reality i would call that). I want to point out some of my experience :

1)most successful falling asleep is during rain, when drops are falling crushing into surface it is like time that never flows like i am in the same moment again and again without knowing what time is..
2)rain stable you that much that you can concentrate on your dreams , creating very sophisticated reality - you dont want to know that youre dreaming because realizing that would actually perish the dreamself...explore as much as long as dream is stable

I dont want to write what dream it was i just want to tell you that it has lot of persons which i never seen in my life and i was not able to associate them to any of my friends or people i saw.
My question is how do i recall faces of those which i want to see again?
i remember only moment and head structure with hair when i was touching her .
is there any way how to recall her face?

i think i wont take notes in my notebook i rather post it here for my needs.
(approx. 165cm height, blonde wealth hair with pigtails on the end of head there was fluent crossfade from blonde to purple pigtails.)
I could associate her with NOX from stargate but not that much tribal but more likely princess from fairytale.
I think her face was different from what i think i might have seen but my brain keep telling me that is someone from my past...
making difficult find out how the face looked like...

      Seeker, welcome to DV .

Did you know that there is a Dream Journal system built into DV? You can read other people's journals, or write your own entries, by clicking "Dream Journals" in the navigation bar at the top (below the DV logo).

In response to your question, faces can sometimes be very difficult to remember. I would first recommend starting to keep a dream journal, be it privately or publicly, as this will help to build up your dream recall. If you still want to remember the faces, you might be able to remember them after improving your recall. Alternatively, you could try focal meditation and focus only on the dream. There's far too much about meditation to cover in one post, but I'm planning to post a meditation tutorial at some point.

I hope this helped, and feel free to ask if you've got any more questions.

      response

I want to kindly thank you for your reply

well what i am targeting is continue the moment dream ended(not dream the specific cutscene). What is worst that during dreaming (i think that dream is continuous movie of cutscenes which are following directly one after another and you cant divide them because you dont realize what is another dream and if its related to that one before- cutscenes dont have to be related anyhow) i realize that , lets be specific the situation when i was looking at girl with purple pigtails and as night going-dreaming i am desperately want to recall that cutscene with those persons and moments while i am in absolutely different cutscene(later in another dreams which follows that original). More and more im searching in following cutscene more and more i realize that is vanity...
for completness this is whole processes and thinking in my head is during dreaming

to make that simple: youll encounter dream during night(specific location, persons, situations) and rest of the night youre only trying to make that dream continue or make it again during other dreams...

      sorry for being that "texty"
one thing that might help me is special circumstances: i had opened mouth during that dream, i slept on back instead of on one side, and it was raining outside...

You *may* be able to get back to the scene by changing the dream while you're lucid. It depends on how well you saw the faces in the dream, or if you actually saw the faces at all. Dreams aren't always vivid because they don't need to be, so there's a chance there wasn't a face, but you were just going along with the dream.
