Hi, |

Hi, |
|
I'm sorry - I guess the title is misleading. My problem is not (only) how to stay lucid, but how to stay dreaming... |
|
Immediatly rub yourb hands. After about 10 secs of rubbing start touching everything around you. You MUST NOT stay calm, you must be active and very aware. |
|
My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
*Wolves are beautiful.

spinning never worked for me, but what purebred said, i have done similar things, when i personally become lucid i usally take off flying or running in joy and start causin khaos, sometimes the dreams last hours. unless i wake myself up which iv been having to do latly.. |
|
The first couple of times I've spun in lucid's it's been like I closed my eyes in the dream and immediately the world faded away and I began to lose consciousness/awareness. |

In Dream Goals:
Meet with human DC of my choice in stable, prolonged lucid: [_] ...Create room in a dream. Visit repeatedly later: [_]
Use electronic media to view past memories/events: [_] .................Summon DC of deceased childhood pet: [_]
Conjure up unhappy past event. Change it: [_] .............................Make things explode: [_]
Sometimes I have this problem too. Staying calm is essential for me too. Sometimes when I don't have lucid dreams for a while and I finaly have one I am like wooooooww this is a lucid dream and I'm ruin everything. To avoyd this I'm trying to wach everything, not interrupt anything. If I'm talking with DC it changes and I ususaly loose my dreams. So going with the flow works the best for me and after some time I can start to be more active in it. One thing I found very important is that I whatever I do I have to change it after some time otherwise it will become a habbit and I become less consciousness so I'm always forget about one technique and start to use new one. Best luck! |
|
Thanks for all the advice! I'll try rubbing my hands, touching things around me and staying calm the next time I have a lucid dream. |
