Hello! Very nice resource you have here!

I've been into lucid dreaming for a little while now, maybe 3-4 weeks. I have the "Exploring the world of lucid dreaming" book, but I just came across this forum yesterday while doing more research. I have had 2 dreams the other night, one after the other in which I was only lucid for a short time in each, it was fleeting, and this was my first time intentionally becoming lucid. Both were DILD.

I have not been able to do it again however. So I am here looking for tips to increase frequency. I have read through the tutorials and understand them here, I have pretty good dream recall (sometimes it's a bit fragmented, but I can at least remember enough to be able to write SOMETHING down) and I keep a journal.

I remember before reading the book or even knowing about lucid dreams I have had them in the past unknowingly. I remember 2 from my childhood, 1 in which I became aware, and the other I was not lucid at all, but it was so vivid that I still remember it AND IN IT THE LIGHT SWITCH DID NOT WORK.

Thats pretty much it, thanks for having me!

Welcome to DV. The book you mentioned, by Stephen LaBerge, will really help you out I believe, it did me. Joining this forum has also made improvements in my dreaming life, so best of luck to you. I'm still a novice at this lucid dreaming business, but if you ever need help, I'm here. =)

Hello and welcome to DV! Exploring the world of lucid dreaming is a great book, and was the book that got me really started on lucid dreaming before I first came to dream views! There is a lot of really great stuff here, and I fully suggest exploring the wiki area where you will find lots of tutorials and good stuff

      And again, welcome!
