      Newbie :)

      Hello everyone,

      I have been trying Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection for years now with very minimal success. I haven't used audio though, but I will try to see how it will change my experience.

      I take it you're keeping a dream journal? Also, what methods have you tried to induce a lucid dream with? If you can provide us with some details, we'll be happy to provide tips and information to help you achieve more lucids.

      Err, I'm terrible with the acronyms, but I've tried waking up from a dream, relaxing the body until I start dreaming, reminding myself during the day, looking at my hands, re-reading a word in real world until it carries over into my dream, and some others I may have forgotten. And yeah, I do write my dreams, and it improved my dream recall so well that I've written story-quality dreams. (>_<) But still little to no lucid dream. (T_T)

      I'll try the audio I found in this forum (the first one I commented on), and see if it works. I'll have to wait til tonight to try it though, coz I gotta work. (>_<)
