Hi Gingy, glad you decided to join the forum!

Have you had a lucid dream yet? If not and you're interesting in having one, I suggest starting up a dream journal to record the dreams you remember each night, and to begin practicing awareness. There's a lot of great tutorials in the Dreamviews Wiki, and I also have a guide called "The Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming". It's updated and has the basics - reality checking, recall, the different techniques to induce an LD... It also has links to a bunch of different guides written by both Dreamviews and experienced users. It's linked in my signature, and stickied in this forum.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, there's a lot of people here who can help!
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
