Well, whatever works for you is what you should continue doing. It sounds like a great experience, I know what you mean about seeing the images. Even when I don't get images though, I always get the same feeling when I've just gone from waking reality to a dream. It's a cool feeling, especially when there isn't any SP in between (I like SP and lament the fact that I very rarely get it anymore, but it makes for cool transitions going straight from where you're lying in bed to the dream). |

Well i used to concentrate on the numb feeling of the SP but i found last night i concentrated on the numb feeling which brought me into a deep relaxation then i switched positions breaking the numbness but i was incredibly relaxed and it felt easier to get vivid images and i guess SP kicked in as i jumped into my dream, it was fucking cool. |

Mind me asking what time you did this, like, how long after sleep did you wake up and do it? Also, how long did the whole process take you? |

It's great you've found something that works for you so soon after you started. Other than my first LD, which I attained out of sheer non-stop thinking about LDing, it took me months to figure out techniques that even began to work for me, lol. |

Not sure i don't recall it being WBTB i think it was just staying up on the computer until 4am then thinking "i better go bed im knackered" and having plenty of dairy and a banana a few hours earlier my images were more vivid so easier to see. |
