i'm a rather impatient beginner as well, i've heard All Day Awareness is pretty effective, you should read King Yoshi's tutorial. But we have to be patient, it's not an instantaneous process.

Nothing of worth is quick. Something of worth takes time and effort. There is no "quick and easy" method that anybody can use. Different methods work for different people. Try them all for ATLEAST a month before saying they don't work. If you truly want to get good at lucid dreaming, don't waste your time trying the "easy" method. Instead invest your time in a good solid method.

I'd say the quickest way to have success is to do a WBTB, then lie awake in bed and do 50 legitimate reality checks. Then repeat to yourself that you're going to have a lucid dream tonight, 100 times. After you've done that, forget everything and just go to sleep.

Of course this technique is not going to work 100% of the time, but for someone with zero experience, it will yield results without having to put in the days/weeks of continuous work that most people are willing to do.

There is no guaranteed way to have a lucid dream right away.
The most efficient way to have good, consistent lucid dreams is through dedicated, persistent practice.
      It's all in your head.
