I think you would just wake up from your REM, and then you would just fall asleep into a dream normally. This is assuming you don't do any WILDs or whatever. If you fall back to sleep right at the start of a REM, and if you have had enough practice, then you may fall into a lucid. This method is known as WBTB, but that involves getting out of bed, so I doubt it would work. |

Well if you wake up, then you're no longer in a dream. Being lucid means you're in a dream and you're aware of it. Depending on how good your recall is dictates how well you will remember the dream. Waking up out of REM is going to make it a lot easier to recall, though. |
