Hi! Have a goal in mind, and get on with it. That will occupy you and make you stay in the dream longer. Just rub your hands every now and then and you'll be able to stay in the dream longer. |

Hello, once before I had a dream where I was lucid for about ten seconds, and it was not at all vivid. Last night, I saw a waterfall and realized I was dreaming. I did a reality check to prove it, and rubbed my hands to stabilize. Although it was more vivid than the last one, it still only lasted around ten seconds, and I didn't really know what to do. Any tips to make it last longer or what to do next? |

If you can't think of anything to do, you can always just go exploring. Exploring your environment can also help keep you in the dream. Stay curious, and expect something amazing is going to happen. I guarantee you will discover some strange stuff. |

Hmm... My "First" LD lasted like 5 minutes. The idea is just to not get over excited. |
