      Uno.

Not only am I new to this site, but I'm also new to lucid dreaming. I've only had one...was a very neat experience, but differentiating reality wasn't. I'd like to continue learning & experimenting with this, but my first problem/question is: HOW DO I LUCID DREAM AGAIN?

This worked well for me when I first started lucid dreaming though idk if it only works with my mind or not....you're welcome to try it but it involves getting yourself into a whole mess of trouble in your dreams so that your mind has no other choice but to pony up and start defending itself and therefore you're able to tap into the power that is lucid dreaming. Basically when I was really young I knew my mind had the ability to create whatever it wanted in my dreams, but being a small girl of about 6 of course all I could ever think about when I was dreaming were monsters and evil things. So whenever I had a dream I would often think "boy I hope I am not attacked by some monster" and of course by thinking that it immediately happened. After many nightmares by this method I found that I not only could create negative things but also positive things. Soon I went from "boy I hope I am not attacked by some monster" to "ok now that I have a monster to deal with, how about a katana and an automatic machine gun." Since then I have had countless dreams in which I can do whatever to whoever I want. If you do lucid dreaming through this method I would be cautious, because I have seen a great deal of terrifying things trying to learn how to fight them. Hope that helps.

P.S. When I first tried this I wasn't always aware that I was dreaming, I just thought of scary things a lot as a child. lol

There is a lot of advice people can give you and many things that could be said from the question you asked. I'll just say this: believe in yourself.
