Howdy and good luck! |

I'm not new to lucid dreaming, but i've only had a few sporadically. I'd like to learn to increase the frequency of lucid dreams and dreams in general. |

Hi and welcome! I'm not sure what a Kindle is, but you definitely don't need music to induce Lucid Dreams. Read up on the different techniques there are, there are loads of tutorials lying around. Start by improving your recall, you do this by writing down your dreams. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! |

Yea you should really check out King Yoshis tutorial first probably. They are some of the best tutorials i have found while searching the WHOLE internet. |

I wish I had a Kindle. By the way, Matte, a Kindle is a book reader of sorts. Great for reading books without needing an actual book. I know a few friends who have them and they love theirs. |

thanks guys! i will check out those tutorials! sounds great. i love my kindle, it will hold over 3000 mb of books and/or mp3s. i don't do well with audio books so i figure i could use it for some brainwave and meditative stuff. Speaking of recall, which is difficult for me but getting better.....a long time ago i took some lucid dream 'course' on the internet. I got daily emails full of techniques and stuff. One of the techniques for recall was upon awakening and you realize you've just had a dream and it's slipping away fast to lay there completely still, don't do anything physical, including speaking and inside your mind only say some words over and over. I can't remember what the words were though |

You're probably speaking of RAOM GAOM. It's nonsense really, what you do when you wake up and lie completely still, is that you trick your brain into believing you're going back to sleep. This activates your "Dream Memory" and allows you to recall what you've dreamt. Just lie still with your eyes closed, and try not to fall asleep. |
