You could start in the Lucid Aids forum. People claim all sorts of things help improve their dreaming. I wouldn't believe the claims about different foods. The consensus seems to be that eating any sort of snack during a WBTB can improve your chances. Quite a bit seems to be based on placebo. The only supplements I use regularly are the fabled Galantamiine/Choline combo, sometimes modified with some B6 or Melatonin depending on my schedule. I really only use it about once every 1-3 months. |
