Dream related chemicals

Ive been reading around and have noticed alot of threads talking about different chemicals and drugs related to dreaming that you could get from a pharmacy. I was just wondering if someone could sort of sum up most of the big/effective ones so i could look them up futher. Also something that im very interested in is the different teas that people use to provoke lucid dreaming and/or better dream recall, im currently working to improve my dream recall (which is next to none) as a start so any tips would also be appreciated. You could start in the Lucid Aids forum. People claim all sorts of things help improve their dreaming. I wouldn't believe the claims about different foods. The consensus seems to be that eating any sort of snack during a WBTB can improve your chances. Quite a bit seems to be based on placebo. The only supplements I use regularly are the fabled Galantamiine/Choline combo, sometimes modified with some B6 or Melatonin depending on my schedule. I really only use it about once every 1-3 months. If you're interested in chemical aids, check out Thomas Yuschak's book. It is the best guide out there.

Thanks a lot ill check out the lucid aids forum. Its my goal to do this natural but im just having such trouble with my dream recall that its discouraging, ill keep at it though because from what ive read here its worth it. Again any tips for better recall would help me out immensely
