Ok well I think I offically had my first LD last night using the information on this site I used multiple methods at once. But after telling myself to wake up after every REM period to document my dream, making that my last thought before I started to sleep. I wound up waking up but because I sleep very deep and usually drowsy if I dont get enough sleep i just rolled over without even open ing my eyes. Immediatley forgetting my dream. I did this multiple times throughout the night. So I know I had a lucid dream once or at least twice but I cant remember anything about them. Which led to the the title I had a very chaotic night but when I woke up the final time in the morning it felt like the best sleep in a long time, which I read is a symptom of a good REM cycle.

I also have alot of stress built up which is the main reason I atone to having so much trouble with having clear, memorable, or much less lucid dreams. I would like to know some things I can do to lower my stress levels. I have been trying to eat more healthy lately which helps alot.

Any suggestions anyone can provide for a newbie like me to the Lucid Dreaming community would be much appreciated.
