      Restful Lucid Dreams

I dont know if its just me but after I wake up from a lucid dream I feel refresh and it feels like I have gotten a lot more sleep then I actually have. I dont know if this is normal or its just happening to me because I have only had a few lucids. Please comment I want to hear any responses.

Happens to me. Just last night I woke up three hours earlier than I usually do, right after a peaceful lucid dream (talked with my subconscious that looked like a seagull, on a grassy field, for the entire lucid).

i feel like i have more energy after lucid dreams too. but i think it is because i wake up feeling pumped that i succeeded, so i start the day off happy.

I agree, I have only had 4 LD and in every one I wake up like I got alot of sleep and it just starts my day off well! THen i find myself thinking about all day hoping for another.

Yeah, I agree but it seems the more I think about it the more it does'nt happen. I mean I have had four LD's so far but none of them seem(the more I look back at it) like they were completly vivid. But I clearly know i am lucid, I plan to stablize my next one alot more. And pay attention to details.
