First lucid dream and a really weird experience!

I posted this question on yahoo answers too!
But I thought I'd post it here to.
"I used a song to induce lucid dreams and/or astral projection, so I don't know what this was. I was aiming for a lucid dream anyway.
This is what I sent to the guy who I got the Binaural beat off.
"Hey there. Just wanted to say. I've listened to this beat (your binaural beat) for the first time. This was my first binaural beat I've used. I was sleeping for awhile, woke up to adjust the headphones and fell asleep again. BAM, I don't know if it was my first lucid dream or not, I was in a black room with cheering going "YEAHHHHHHH."
Now, I was pretty scared at first to be honest, I tried waking up but I couldn't. It felt like my limbs on the outside of me were numb. Now whenever I fall back to sleep I feel a very odd feeling. I feel like exactly the same as I felt earlier; and it scares me a bit. Is this any part dangerous (by the way I took the headphones out after the first odd experience.)

I don't know... If I fall asleep would anything bad happen? It's just that I'm really worried something would happen. Thanks "

I basically feel really heavy, and when I awaken it feels like I'm paralysed and can't move. When I was trying to wake up from my lucid dream, I told myself to wake up and kept trying to move my outside body."

      Thank you !

that funny feeling is sleep paralysis. when everyone goes to sleep our brains to something to us that paralyzes our body. Dont be scared of it cuz its a natural thing and really and amazing feeling that happens to everyone everytime we sleep, often people can consciously feel the SP as they are drifting off to bed but not realize it, now that you know the feeling better thats why your realizing it everytime u goto bed . Your best bet to is to ignore the sp feeling and look at your hands and your surroundings, trying bringing yourself deeper into the dream.
Dreaming or Lucid dreaming is not dangerous at all!
Actually you should consider yourself lucky that it felt hard for you to get out of the dream right away because most people including myself have the problem of keeping the dream going!

Well hope this helps and keep dreaming! i might need to get that same music track you used if it worked that good
