That is a good idea about doing one just as I wake up. Today I did about 20+ reality checks. Im a little confused about what they are really. Here are some of the ones I tried... 1. Looking at the time, looking away, then back again to see if it changes. 2. Plugging my nose and seeing if I can breath. 3. Pushing my index finger through my other hand. I dont know if these are good ones but Im kinda confused about what u are supposed to do. Just look for something that cant happen in real life?
Also: A girl at work told me that you can make urself have a lucid dream by imagining a plant around ur neck with fire in the middle of it. Or something like this. She said u do it just before you fall asleep and it is supposed to help. Any Idea what she was talking about? Im gonna try it tonight as I go to sleep.
I have a question. Once you go into a lucid dream and you realize its a dream. Do you do the things that u want to do when awake? LIke does my awake mind take over? Or is it a different feeling.. like your sleeping mind makes the decisions? I dont understand how this works.
