      Is there someone who remembrs me? ;)

      Hello

      I just wanted to say "hello". It's been a time that I was here but I didn't had enough time. In addition I have to rework everything because I had a lot of troubles to care about so I couldn't practice. So I think that again I'm a noob and I have to start it again.

      So I started my DJ again to remember work on my recall. Has anyone other suggestions about what I can do to get back at my starting point 5 moths ago?

      Ofcourse I remember you man! Welcome back! I suggest you start a workbook in my class and I'll help you daily with any kind of advice you might need

      Try the main techniques out, if I remember correctly we shared a MILD class, I've been at it and have increased my LD rate up to above 10 each month. You can do it too! Start writing down your dreams again and set up goals. That's what have kept me going for all this time. Daydreaming and looking forward to awesome stuff.

      So do you have a class? I absolutely have to check this out

      Well this week I begin to raise my awareness in daily life again, 'cause I missed a couple of times to check the reality in my dreams. For the rest I'm not setting any other goals, I just wanted to start it slowly

      I combine daily awareness with MILD and WBTB. Great combo for me, might work the same for you! Enthusiasm is key though.
