Hey guys. Most of you probably won't recognize me, but I'm a guy who's been studying lucid dreaming and the brain for the past six years (feel free to look at my old topics. Most of them are outdated now, but it'll give you an idea of how long I've been thinking deeply about this). For a few years now I've wanted to make a free lucid dreaming program available to newbies that will enable them to quickly become knowledgeable and proficient in this mental art form. I've come up to a barrier, though. I have no idea what newbies want to know! So here's the deal. Send me a pm with ANY single question you have about ANYTHING even remotely related to lucid dreaming. Feel free to send as many single question PMs as you want. Just include in the title the words HELP DESK. _______ This is a one-on-one private helpdesk. You will remain anonymous. I have no affiliation with the staff or owner of DV, or with other members here (I've been away for a very long time). So how long am I going to be doing this for? According to how many questions I'm getting each day, it could be one week, or one month, or longer. I'll keep you guys updated with this thread. ________ So come on, give me a shot -- If you don't like my answer then no harm no foul, right?

Nice stuff, Billy. But, just a heads up, you might run into a few problems with the PM limits. Normal users get 3 PMs per hour, with a max of 3 recipients per PM. Members who are part of a group (Not sure if veteran counts as one of these or not) will get 5 PMs per hour. So yea, just letting you know, so you don't run into unexpected problems.

I too am interested in lucid dreaming and the brain and was wondering what you think of my tutorials in my signature? I'm pretty sure they're accurate, but if not, I'd like to know

A little more than before today, but I managed to get you all Unfortunately I can't look at/comment on individual threads due to time constraints _____________ Louie: Awesome. Good and objective without falling into the dark depths of community lore. Hopefully more work will be done on the DLPFC soon. I read that paper, and it has some serious direct effects on how we should be thinking about lucid dreaming (a balancing point between two wave states).
