I popped my cherry last night!!!!!!

I had my first Lucid dream last night. I've been trying for the past two and a half weeks and got nothing. I even got a Ipod app that tells you to do RC's and that you're dreaming and such but all it really did was wake me up most of the time. I haven't used it for the last week. During last night's dream I looked at my hand and noticed a finger was missing. Just as I started to freak out about my missing finger I blurted out "Wait!!! This is a dream. I'm dreaming." I got so excited that I started to wake up. I realized I was no longer in my room, but was now walking down a busy street. I remember fighting to continue the dream so I focused on walking. As I watched my feet take each step, a woman less than 10 feet in front of me vanished. Cars, buildings and all people disappeared as they sank into the ground. The sidewalk changed before my eyes and expanded the entire world. I remember saying "I wonder if I can fly." Then I picked up my feet and floated at the same pace and height as I walked, But I was floating... Freaking Awesome! I could speed up super fast and slow down but I couldn't go higher. I remember thinking "Find a hot woman now!!!" Then I looked up and the sidewalk ended about 20 feet in front of me to drop off into the ocean(waves and all)for about 50 - 60 feet and beyond there was about 6 people on the beach. I floated over and headed straight for this tall, thin, 10

, long curly blonde hair, hazel eyes(I think she was Brazilian) wearing a yellow bikini...just as we started talking and making out I had a FA. DAMN!

I'm new to this and and assumed since I woke from the lucid that I was awake. I cant wait til tonight!!!

Also, good dream. Not good, great. Thats quite a varied and vivid dream you had, most people aren't as lucky to have such a winner first time off.

And so soon too. Hm.

Hey thanks everyone. Sorry for the misleading title, that one's for a different forum I guess. But this was cool. Reading other peoples post makes me realize how lucky I was. Everything felt REAL. I happened to be looking at photos of amputees just before bed. One of the pictures was a hand missing the index finger. That may be why I was missing a finger in my dream. To think that the get better than that is amazing. Thank you all.

Congratulations. Two and a half weeks isn't so long, compared to other people starting Lucid Dreaming.

I've been trying a couple of months and haven't got anything as vivid as you.

That is awesome. Way to go! Lucky to have one after 2,5 weeks, been practicing for more then a month now with no succes. I read most people wake up instantly after realising the first time, you took control. Brilliant.

That's right, you were very lucky. I don't mean "all luck no skill", but it is uncommon for people to have them this soon.

And pictures of amputees? I guess everyone has their own thing...
