Yes. A lucid dream is simply being aware you are dreaming when you are in a dream. Technically, it's all just 1 dream but if you go to sleep in your dream and have another "dream" then you can be lucid.

I 'WILDed' in a non-lucid dream, in the WILDed dream I was lucid, when I 'awakened' to the previous dream, I lost my lucidity.

If you did it, doesn't that mean that it's possible? Just saying...

INCEPTION! Just be careful. If you do it too many times you'll be stuck in your mind for 80 years!

I disagree, I don't think this is possible, assuming you go to sleep in a dream you would either wake up, start a new dream (not one inside another dream), or you would just "wake up" in the dream and you would possibly be in a different place the idea inception had where you just travel layers into your mind isn't real however some shared dreamers on dreamviews have claimed they can "implant" memories into another persons mind so maybe inception is possible but going deep into layers of dreams within dreams is not you would just go to the black or teleport or some random in-dream thing would happen, as mancon said it's just one dream
      I'm always happy.

It's not a different dream. It's the same dream you just teleported to a different "part" of it. So no. It's not possible.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

'Dreams within dreams' are not possible, but to go from one scene non-lucid to another scene and become lucid, and then to return to the non-lucid scene is possible.
