      WILD Dreaming

So today I woke up at 7:30 and I remember I had a dream but it was very faded and all I could remember was that I was on the computer and my minecraft had an update that I have been waiting for a while to come out.....pretty silly lol.

Anyways I watched 2 tv shows to about 8:30 then went back to bed because I was so tired and after I went to bed I started dreaming that I was Harry Potter and I was living some adventures or my own and I was doing some spells and talking to some of the main characters in the story. But none of it was from the real story, only the characters, it was if I had made my own harry potter story.

I woke up at 1:30 and I wrote the dream down in my journal and even now I can still remember it very clearly.

Now is this what is called WILD Dreaming? Since I woke up at 7:30 and went back to bed at 8:30?

By the way I wa swatching that 70s show before I went to bed at 8:30 so Im not really sure how I started dreaming about harry potter lol I watched the movie about 2 weeks ago so it seems a bit to late to dream about it since I cant really think of what triggered it.

That's not quite a WILD dream. When you WILD dream, you go into a sleep-like state but your mind seems to stay awake, so to speak. This is achieved by lying completely still and relaxed for a certain amount of time (Depending upon your attributes) and you will go into sleep paralysis. You should look up a tutorial, or a more in-depth description of it.

This is not a WILD, sorry. As Sheddler says, when performing a WILD you go from a waking state to dream state fully conscious that you are in a dream.
