      i need help remembering

Hey guys, this is my first post and i really need some help remembering my dreams. I've been doing all of the reality checks and things like that but i still only remember about one dream a week. Does anyone have any advice for things i should do to help?

I do a mantra! It helps me remember my dreams, I also repeat over and over throughout the day the mantra, or I say 'I will remember my dreams' or like that.
One Lucid dream and hopefully counting!

You may say that I am a dreamer...
But I am not the only one.....
Maybe someday you will join us....

when you wake up, keep your eyes closed and think about it. If you cant think of any dreams, think about how you feel, it might end up to you remembering parts of your dreams! Another way is to wake up 5 hours after you sleep, then go back to bed, because thats when you most dream I think. I did that last night and had a very vivid dream
