First off, I dont dream maybe once a month or atleast I dont remember none of them. Also half the time I actually do dream or remember, their easy to forget. I just cant imagine me being able to have a Lucid Dream. |

Who can? Unless youv experienced it. Well, my advice is to try some different methods and always do RC's (reality checks). If you do some research, you will find that everynight you dream about 5 dreams ALWAYS EVERY NIGHT. Even if you dont remember them, you are still dreaming them. Go read up on some tutorials, the best way to remember a dream, is right when you wake up, just keep your eyes closed, and try to think about it. If you cant think of a dream, just think how you feel and you will most likely start to remember parts of your dream. Another good way, is to go to sleep, set an alarm to wake you up about 5 hours after you sleep, then go back to sleep. Thats the time where you most dream or something.. I did that last night and had a real vivid dream, some more advice, dont give up so easily. Its worth it |

Appreciate the reply, I might just try that alarm clock method tonight. |

Hehe, it reminds me of myself. At first, I was trying for 5 months to have my very first LD. But after that , the others come very fast...supposed that you continue RCing. |

I tried that Alarm method and it worked. I couldnt believe it, it actually worked. I actually remembered a lot of my dream. I wasnt able to control it or recognize I was dreaming, but when I woke, I knew I had remembered my dream. Should I try this every night to practice? I still dont see how I can recognize that Im actually in one and control it, but we will see. Thanks for that method, actually worked lol. |

Improving your recall is the first step to lucidity. The better you can recall your dreams, the more the chance that you will recognize when you are in a dream. |

Awaiting word on what's to come
In helpless prayers a hope lives on
As I've come clean I've forgotten what I promised
In the rays of the sun I am longing for the darkness
