I dream often.... It seems so real

Well my name is larry, I want to find out more about dreaming and how to make it more real. I have been reading up in the newbie section and there are many helpful items I have read.

I dream a lot and they seem so real. I was not able to talk in my dreams for a while but now I can. I want to be able to pull people in my dreams, make them more real and make them last longer. I do know I am in the dream when i am in it, and I can remember most of all my dreams and wriet them down.

Well I will not be long winded, I am just excited about this site. thanks

Check out the tutorial section, that should help you lucid dream. As for sharing dreams you might want to post in Beyond Dreaming part of the forum.

Welcome to DV! Sounds like you're already experienced when it comes to Lucid Dreaming, only you lack a bit of control. Just know that almost anything is possible while in the dream, but some things are not really scientifically proven. Like shared dreaming for example. There are alot of people that believe in it though, and like ninja said, check out the Beyond Dreaming part, here: Beyond Dreaming

Yup, control is the next (and probably final) step to getting a proper lucid.

I wish you good luck, you can't be very far off now.

Hi Larry! (Omg I'm not even kidding, I've always wanted to say that - I just love that name).

I'm quite confident that Dreamviews will help you acquire your goals. From experience, you need to learn how to "anchor" yourself better into your dream world. This is best done through awareness IMO. When you become lucid, remember to stay calm and always concentrate. Focus on adjusting your mind to the new surroundings and take some time to take in whats around you. As you do this, it will automatically stabilise the dream.

It takes a bit more skill to create and interact with dream denizens of your choosing though. Therefore, I suggest you work on stabilising and lengthening each dream before doing this.

      Good luck!

I did dream last night and it was not to bad, I was in a few different places, and I was able to feel and touch. One part of the dream was in some snow with a friend that is a girl and we were pushing her car. It seemed to move like i was supper strong. One thing is I could not feel the coldness, I think I still need to work on a few things. I really want to control my dreams, and what happens in them and I want to stay in the dream longer. I seem to get to the point in a LD and then it ends before I do what I want to do.

Thanks Pieman, I Love this site, I am getting some good information about my dreams and control over them, I cant wait to be able to do what I want with he people in my dreams.

One dream I have is about my Ex girl friend that I am really close with. It seems we get really close to the point where I want to do things with her but something is holding me back, It's like my mind knows I should not be doing this and kicks me out of the dream or I lose the dream. I really want control over that. We do tell each other about dreams and she has them about me, But I just cant seem to do things with her. Well I am off to read and learn more thanks
