I have been researching lucid dreaming for a while now, and think I know my stuff. I have had one lucid dream, a DILD, which was brought on by looking at a digital watch and seeing random letters flying across the screen. Needless to say, I want more. I have tried to have WILD dreams a dew times, but never really get past relaxation. I feel relaxed though... What do you think is the easiest/best way to induce a lucid dream? |

To elaborate on what Oneironaut was saying...I think he was talking about DEILD(dream exit induced lucid dream), which i think is basically the same thing but different names...anyways, yes i've had many, many DEILD's.. it is honestly the easiest way to get lucid but what you need to realize is that you go through a stage of sleep paralysis, which can be very scary for many. I've taught myself that nothing can hurt me and i will be completely fine and i should relax until i enter the dreamworld. You should go ahead and check out the forums about ways to become lucid and from that dream control. It would be in your best benefit dude. |
