Take a deep breath and then try to engage each of your senses. Stop and look at your surroundings, touch objects, taste something (even if it's grass [tell yourself it'll taste like mint before putting it in your mouth]), take sniff, and listen to the sounds of your environment. That should be enough to anchor you to your dream. Once you've done so go on and do whatever it is you want to do during your dream but remember to constantly engage your senses. Go through everything the first time but the next couple times, just do something quick like rubbing your hands on the ground or licking a tree. You can also try saying "stabilize dream now" (or something to that effect) out loud every once in a while.
