      Did I wild

      Ok I have never had a lucid dream before but at around 2pm I was feeling tired so I decided to take a nap. I thought this would be a great time to try a wild. So I layed on my back as still as I could but after a while I felt really heavy but I could still move eventually but it was hard like it took effort but I did not think I was in sp( although I don't think I have ever experienced it. I was also convinced it was not sp as their were not halucinations it just felt like heaviness. So I had me eyes closed and after a while my eyes began to flicker like a spasm thing and I could not keep them closed and my body felt tingly and I started having weird random spasms. After that everything stopped and I got bored so I changed positions. I must have drifted off after that. Now I'm starting to wonder maybe I did have a wild. Although I was convinced I did not have sleep paralysis.

      Well, of course it wasn't a successful WILD unless you entered a lucid dream. It sounds like you were close though. You might have been in SP. But maybe you were just very close to SP - because as you said - no HH or anything. Keep at it!! Close is good!!

      It wasn't a WILD.
      You did enter SP, you didnt get past transitioning, where you see HH towards the end of that phase IMO.
      Just relax and let it happen. Practice!
