Thanks guys for the replies and encouragement. It is just that sometimes it gets so frustrating seeing these noobs get lucid so easy.

flipsyde That technique sounds interesting, I'll give it a try. I do usually spend about two hours on the computer before i go to bed.

As for what Arch said, I do keep a dream journal, and update it maybe every other day. A couple of weeks ago when it was summer break I wrote in it every day. Also when it was summer i was able to recall up to 3 to 4 full dreams and a few fragments. But since school started it has slimmed down to about 1 or 2 a night.

I do also practice ADA. But more of the version that Puffin has come up with. The Sporatic awareness techinque. So instead of trying to keep up awareness all day which seems impossible to me, im starting small and raising my awareness as much as 10 times a day at 2 minutes each. All at random when i think about dreaming. Also I have done reality checks for about a month long but felt it didn't carry on to my dreams.

But staying away from the computer does seem interesting. I spend a little too much time on there I have heard that spending a lot of time in front of a bright computer screen before bed hinders sleep.

Again thanks for helping a growing lucid dreamer
