      Trouble with sleep paralysis

Whenever i do sleep paralysis this feeling of adrenaline comes out of nowhere and i go back to being fully conscious, its kind of the feeling that you get when your on a roller coaster, also i tried an iphone app that claims it ca induce lucid dreams, the first time i tried it, it was playing the sound of waves (the others like rain or bird sound i cant seem to ignore) with a different pitch of tone in each ear, so when i entered sleep paralysis, i felt my mind "sync" with the waves, when I felt a certain wave was at its peak i would feel that powerful adrenaline rush that wakes me up, So my question is what is it and how do i stop it

You need to try not to pay attention to the adrenaline wave. This wave is actually the process that leads you to your dream. As you ride on the so called "rollercoaster" you are deposited into your dream. It's all mind over matter. Think nothing of it, and you will go through it. This happens every time you enter sleep paralysis, so it may take you a few tries to overcome this feeling. In the end, you'll get used to it, and it won't bother you.

It's just SP, and your mind along with ambient sounds/binaural beats getting in tune with it in that drifty state. It's not a bad thing actually, it's good. And that adrenalin rush is completely normal.

      Yeah it's SP,
I'd also like to point out that the app your using can help induce a lucid dream, but you would be better off trying some techniques found here as well, the more combinations and effort, the better chance of success!

There aren't really "techniques" that could help you to get to SP quicker.

SP is just the transition stage to dreaming as your body falls asleep, and your mind does not.
