      1st LD! :D:D:D

I had my first LD last night! A while ago (about 3 months ago), I was really into lucid dreaming. I had a dream journal going for a solid 3 weeks, and had excellent dream recall. I had a semi-lucid dream, and that was the fruit of my hard work. I stopped trying to LD. Last night, I bought some Binaural (Isochronic) beats off of unexplainable.net, and decided to give the LD'ing a shot again. I combined the WILD with the WB2B method, and achieved my 1st ever FULL LD in about 30 mins! I'm so excited to do it again tonight! Just thought I'd share this.

      Cheers

Congratulations! Your efforts really payed off, and seems that Binaural beats also helped ^^

I'm sure that the next lucid will come in no time And nice work with the WILD btw, it's not the easiest technique around

Well done on your first (or second, I'm confused!) Lucid Dream!
Extra well done for the WILD, it's a technique that most people struggle with.
Keep up the good work and good luck!

      Congrats, Kaisern!

I have never had much luck with binaural beats, but it seemed like it worked for you! I'm sure your second lucid dream is just around the corner! Good job

Nice! Welcome to DV, and congrats on your first full LD. WBTB is my most trusted (intentional) method, aside from sporadic DILD, so you definitely picked the right technique to experiment with. Here's to many more lucids!!

What mainly helped my dream recall was waking up at the same time (4a.m) everynight! I would always get 1-2 dreams by that time. My 3rd dream usually happens between 4-7. Since I wake up inbetween, I tend to recall them better!

To Arch: Even before last night, I had semi success with wild. The problem was that I would either: a) fall asleep, or b)as soon as I started to see HH/SP, I would get excited (my heart would start to beat fast), and I would wake up!
It was awesome to see myself keep my cool last night. I guess it also helps that whenever I start to HH, I see very pretty colors, nothing scary . I don't have any problems entering Sleep Paralysis. WILD will probably my main focus from now on.

Great just keep it up and more will come!

Oh. I can wake up at the same time, but i can't wake up in the middle of the night. Well congrats on not only having good recall, but also for having your first ever LD!!!

Congrats! That's awesome! I completely relate with your earlier problems with excitement snapping you up out of your SP (sadly, what I'm facing now), but I think now that you've had success, you'll have an easier time. Cheers and congratulations again!
