Congratulations! Your efforts really payed off, and seems that Binaural beats also helped ^^ |

I had my first LD last night! A while ago (about 3 months ago), I was really into lucid dreaming. I had a dream journal going for a solid 3 weeks, and had excellent dream recall. I had a semi-lucid dream, and that was the fruit of my hard work. I stopped trying to LD. Last night, I bought some Binaural (Isochronic) beats off of unexplainable.net, and decided to give the LD'ing a shot again. I combined the WILD with the WB2B method, and achieved my 1st ever FULL LD in about 30 mins! I'm so excited to do it again tonight! Just thought I'd share this. |

Out of curiousity, what did you do aside from DJ'ing for your dream recall? And Congrats on the LD!!! |

Congrats, Kaisern! |

Nice! Welcome to DV, and congrats on your first full LD. WBTB is my most trusted (intentional) method, aside from sporadic DILD, so you definitely picked the right technique to experiment with. Here's to many more lucids!! |

What mainly helped my dream recall was waking up at the same time (4a.m) everynight! I would always get 1-2 dreams by that time. My 3rd dream usually happens between 4-7. Since I wake up inbetween, I tend to recall them better! |

Great just keep it up and more will come! |

Congrats! That's awesome! I completely relate with your earlier problems with excitement snapping you up out of your SP (sadly, what I'm facing now), but I think now that you've had success, you'll have an easier time. Cheers and congratulations again! |
